NCM Associates - Jr. Content Developer
The work I completed at NCM Associates is protected and not free to the public. I will do my best to explain my duties, accomplishments, and contributions to the company.
Xyleme - New Software
A core duty of being a content developer at NCM Associates was creating workbooks and PowerPoints for the instructors to teach the material. We used Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to deliver said material. At the beginning of 2025, the team and I undertook one of the biggest projects I've completed to date. We transferred all of our content to the new software which meant we had to learn about metadata, software coding, and reimagining how we wanted our material to be portrayed to the students.
Instructor Feedback
At NCM Associates, we were committed to delivering the best possible material that the automotive industry had to offer. One of the ways we accomplished this was by having our instructors submit feedback and ideas about the material that we currently possessed. I successfully completed over 200 pieces of feedback, and created a class advisor system that the company is continuing to use. This system increased the efficiency behind the submissions our instructors had, and condensed the amount of feedback that was being put into our content on a weekly basis.
Two Brand New Classes
As I became more experienced in my role, I was given additional responsibilities. I was assigned to deliver a class by the name of "High-Performance Leadership" and "Toyota Leadership". This was incredibly difficult, but allowed me to grow at a rapid rate. It was one of the first times where I was essentially the leader of the project and needed to assign other people roles. The class is still being taught today which is really cool to see some of my contributions still being utilized!
